The PC-400 Winder was developed to wind and measure wires and cables weighing up to approximately 100 kg, previously housed in trestles, unwinders, and vertical systems. This process allows for efficient material fractionation, forming reels up to 500 mm, ensuring high productivity and precision. With an automatic spreading system, the equipment ensures uniformity in cable distribution, resulting in an optimized winding pattern and greater process control. Furthermore, the integrated meter allows for monitoring the exact length of cable being wound, while the electronic control allows for real-time adjustments, such as speed regulation, providing operational flexibility and efficiency in cable handling.

Our machines are manufactured in accordance with current safety standards, such as Regulatory Standard (NR 12), which was originally published in Ordinance SIT n. Brazilian Regulatory Standard No. 197 of December 17, 2010, has undergone several important updates, the most recent being Ordinance MTP No. 4,219 of December 20, 2022, published in the Official Gazette of the Union (D.O.U.) on December 22, 2022. This standard regulates the mandatory safety measures that must be adopted in machinery and equipment for the protection of workers.

In order to inform and raise awareness of these standards before deciding on the equipment to be purchased, we recommend reading this standard in its entirety and paying particular attention to item 12.15.2, which prohibits the manufacture, import, sale, auction, rental, transfer by any means, display, and use of machines that do not comply with the provisions of this standard.
