Specifications

The DK400-60 Inclined Verticalization Module was developed to organize and store wire and cable spools, among other materials, providing ease of movement and optimizing space in the work environment. With the capacity to accommodate up to 15 spools weighing a maximum of 60 kg each, the module supports a maximum total load of 900 kg. As a differential, it has a winch attached to the verticalization to assist in handling materials. It is recommended for sectors such as construction material stores, hardware stores, electrical materials stores, warehouses, telephony and data transmission, among others.

Our machines are manufactured in compliance with current safety standards, such as the Regulatory Standard (NR 12) which was originally published in SIT Ordinance No. 197 of 12/17/2010 and has undergone several important updates, the most recent being by MTP Ordinance No. 4,219 of December 20, 2022, published in the Official Gazette of the Union (DOU) on 12/22/2022. This standard regulates the mandatory safety measures that must be adopted in machines and equipment for the protection of workers. In order to inform and make them aware of such standards, before defining the equipment that will be purchased, we recommend reading this Standard in full (Available on the Ministry of Labor and Employment Portal https://tinyurl.com/4hpp5t4z) and paying special attention to item 12.15.2 which prohibits the manufacture, import, commercialization, auction, rental, transfer for any reason, exhibition and use of machines that do not comply with the provisions of the standard.
