Our machines are manufactured in accordance with current safety standards, such as Regulatory Standard (NR 12), which was originally published in Ordinance SIT No. 197 of 12/17/2010 and has undergone several important updates, the most recent being Ordinance MTP No. 4,219, of December 20, 2022, published in the Official Gazette of the Union (D.O.U.) on 12/22/2022. This standard regulates the mandatory safety measures that must be adopted in machines and equipment for the protection of workers.

With the aim of informing and raising awareness of these standards, before defining the equipment to be acquired, we recommend reading this Standard in its entirety (Available on the Ministry of Labor and Employment Portal https://tinyurl.com/4hpp5t4z) and paying special attention to item 12.15.2 which prohibits the manufacture, import, commercialization, auction, rental, transfer by any means, exhibition and use of machines that do not comply with the provisions of the standard.
