The EGP500 packaging machine – Packaging Central is an innovative project with cutting-edge technology, compact equipment with 100% national manufacturing, positions and marks (inkjet) the connections with a barcode and at the end of the process forms the packaging package, leaving the ready for logistics.One of the equipment's differences is the concept of the machine not being stopped for any common production reason, such as stuck connections, moving parts out of position, getting stuck in the Inkjet print head. Always thinking about productivity, we developed software to monitor and handle all these particularities, self-adjusting without operator intervention.
Characteristics
- Supported geometries, Weldable Connections: Weldable 90º Knee 20-50, Weldable Sleeve 20-50 and Weldable Tee 20-50, with the possibility of evolving to other geometries from 20 – 50;
- It has a motorized doser at the beginning of the line, serving as a lung to feed the machine with the connections;
- Machine prepared for inkjet marking (NOTE: Inkjet not included);
- Individual counting of parts per sensor;
- Comes with a light barrier at the exit of the package, with safety PLC;
- HMI 10 Inches;
- HMI with pre-registered recipes and automatic setup for each part model, possibility of including new recipes;
- Equipment prepared to send productivity information to managers;
- Conveyor for automatic return to the cycle of expelled parts;
- Software developed to monitor all processes, monitors the cycle stop, taking automatic actions and returning to production without operator intervention (productivity gain with continuous cycle);
